Rla Chris Barnes

Chris Barnes has a diverse work experience in the field of landscape architecture. Chris started their career in 2007 as an intern at Brown + Danos LandDESIGN, where they gained valuable experience. In 2008, they worked as an intern at Landworks Studio, Inc. and also had a part-time role at Mossop + Michaels. Chris then joined Ecoland Planning and Design in 2009 as a designer. From 2011 to 2013, they served as a project manager at Thomas Balsley Associates. Since 2013, Chris has been associated with SCAPE Landscape Architecture DPC, where they started as an Associate and worked their way up to Senior Associate. Currently, they hold the position of Studio Director at SCAPE, a role they have held since June 2019.

Chris Barnes, RLA attended Louisiana State University from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree.
