Robert L. Baker, Jr.

Robert Baker is a seasoned attorney specializing in corporate and commercial real estate transactions. Currently serving as a Partner at Scarinci Hollenbeck, Attorneys at Law since February 2024, Robert previously held the same title at A.Y. Strauss, LLC, where the focus was on real estate transactions including purchasing, leasing, and financing. Prior to that role, Robert was a Partner at Hill Wallack LLP, concentrating on commercial real estate acquisitions and leasing, and managed the REO Practice Group. As Chairman of the Real Estate Practice Group at Subranni Zauber, LLC, Robert led a high-volume practice in diverse real estate matters. Earlier experience includes owning a law office dedicated to real estate law and serving as an Assistant District Attorney at the Bronx County District Attorney's Office.
