Sean Yordan is an accomplished professional in people and organization development with extensive experience across various companies. Currently serving as Manager of People & Organization Development at Scarlett Indonesia since March 2023, Sean oversees the HRGA team and supports strategic HR initiatives. Previous roles include Associate Manager of People & Organization Development at Scarlett Indonesia, where Sean established and developed HR frameworks, and a position at Asia Pulp & Paper focusing on learning and talent development. Sean's career also includes leadership in HR functions at Nike Manufacturing, and foundational work in recruitment and training at PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk. Sean holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani.
