Vikki Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the customer experience and human resources domains. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at SCC since April 2019, Vikki has also held various director positions, including Director of Document Services and Customer Experience Director. Previously, at M2 from March 2011 to January 2023, Vikki oversaw the People and Customer Experience strategy in a board role, focusing on Customer Relationship Management, Marketing, and HR. Vikki's earlier positions include Customer Experience Director at Lex Autolease and Corporate Manager at The Colt Car Company Ltd. Vikki holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Politics from Birmingham City University.
