Mark Fydenkevez

Mark Fydenkevez has a diverse and extensive work experience. Mark served as the President & CEO at SCD.USA-Infrared since February 2019. In addition, they also took on the role of CEO at Quantum Imaging Inc. in the same year.

Prior to these positions, Fydenkevez held various leadership roles at L3 Brashear. From October 2015 to February 2019, they served as the Vice President/General Manager, responsible for maximizing profit and loss in the defense, aerospace, and commercial markets. Mark provided leadership and oversight in multiple areas, including program management, engineering, new business development, finance, operations and manufacturing, quality, and continuous improvement.

Before their time at L3 Brashear, Fydenkevez worked at L3 KEO. From April 2012 to October 2015, they served as the Vice President Strategic Initiatives and Ethics Officer. Mark'sresponsibilities included developing a five-year strategic plan for the division and its subsidiaries. Prior to this role, they held the position of VP/GM, Surface Navy and Land Systems from June 2008 to April 2012, where they drove profitability and growth in the maritime and ground vehicle electro-optics business segment. Finally, they served as the GM, Surface Navy from August 2002 to June 2008.

Mark Fydenkevez has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Mark also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
