Jonny Summers

Jonny Summers has extensive work experience in the recruitment and sports industry. Jonny is currently the COO at Scede, where they assist tech companies and game studios in achieving their hiring goals. Prior to this, they co-founded and served as the CCO of Sponsure, an online marketplace connecting businesses with sports sponsorships. Jonny was also the Director of RPO Solutions at Seven Step RPO, responsible for client acquisition and solution design in the EMEA market. Before that, Jonny was the Director at BlueGlue, a SaaS recruitment platform for high-growth technology companies. Jonny also had a role in sales and marketing at BlueGlue. Jonny started their career as a Sports Science Assistant at Reading Football Club.

Jonny Summers pursued their education at various institutions. In 1997-2004, they attended Reading Blue Coat School, where they obtained their GCSEs and A-Levels. Later, from 2005 to 2009, they attended the University of Bath, where they earned their BSc in Sport and Exercise Science. In 2019, Jonny enrolled in the Remote-how Academy for Managers, provided by Remote-how, Inc. to enhance their knowledge in the field.
