Sara Cook

Sara Cook, Ph.D. is currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at Scenic Bluffs Community Health Centers, focusing on organizational and leadership development, human resources, grants development, external relationships, and fundraising since November 2022. With an extensive academic career at Viterbo University since 2001, Sara has held multiple leadership positions, including Professor Emeritus, Vice President of Academic Affairs and Institutional Effectiveness, and Professor of Management and Leadership. Additional roles include Associate Provost, Dean of the College of Education, Engineering, Letters and Sciences, Dean of the College of Education, Science, and Mathematics, Assistant Vice President of Academic Affairs, Director of the MBA program, Assistant Dean of the Dahl School of Business, and Coordinator of the MBA Program.
