Pamela Richardson

Pamela Richardson is an experienced attorney specializing in land conservation and real estate law, currently serving as a Senior Land Conservation Attorney at Scenic Hudson, Inc. since May 2018. Prior to this, Pamela owned a general practice law firm focusing on real estate, land use, zoning, and municipal law from September 2013 to December 2019. Additional experience includes serving as an attorney at Gellert & Klein, PC, where the focus was on municipal law and litigation, and as an associate at Cuddy & Feder LLP, with an emphasis on land use and development.
