Jim Shiah

Jim Shiah has extensive experience in the finance and accounting industry. Jim began their career in 1982 as a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche. In 1993, they moved to Bristol-Myers Squibb as an Internal Audit Manager. In 1996, they became Regional CFO at Mondelēz International. Jim then moved to Coty in 2001 as Senior Vice President Finance and CAO. In 2015, they joined Mead Johnson Nutrition in the same role. Since 2017, they have been an Executive Business Advisor as an Independent Consultant. In 2019, they became Lead Director and Audit Committee Chair at FTE Networks, Inc., and CFO and Founder at Scent Beauty, Inc.

Jim Shiah obtained an MBA in Finance & Accounting and a BS in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York, between 1980 and 1983. Jim also holds a CPA certification from the NYSSCPA - The New York State Society of CPAs.
