Ricki Steiner

Ricki Steiner has a diverse work experience in digital marketing and CRM. Currently, they work as a CRM Specialist at Scentbird since 2022. Previously, they worked at The Leading Hotels of the World as a Digital Marketing Specialist from 2016 to 2022, where they managed global campaigns and lifecycle email marketing programs. Before that, Ricki was a CRM Consultant at Birchbox in 2016, where they assisted in email campaign production and platform transition. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Marketing Analyst at InRhythm, collaborating directly with the CEO on marketing initiatives and organizing executive events. In 2014, Ricki completed the Web Development Immersive program at General Assembly. Prior to that, they founded and directed a blog called Honesty for Breakfast from 2013 to 2014. Ricki also worked as a Content Manager, Graphic Designer, and intern at Black Ocean Group during the same period, where they managed multiple blogs, social media, and design projects.

Ricki Steiner began their education at Cleveland State University from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Certification in Art (Graphic Design). In May 2013, they received a Certificate in Graphic Design from Cleveland State University. In 2014 and 2015, Ricki attended General Assembly for Web Development Immersive. There is no mention of obtaining a degree from General Assembly.
