Deb Bowden

With a laser-like focus on building a strong learning and communications culture, Deb leads the Consultant Development team in their quest to help Consultants grow personally and professionally.

She brings more than 30 years of experience in learning and development to the table, and puts it to good use while spearheading Consultant training and communications strategy.

Before joining Scentsy in 2017, Deb worked her magic at Franklin Covey as the Vice President of Learning and Development. She’s also worked at two technology companies and even a variety of radio and television newscasts. Talk about a well-rounded set of skills!

When she’s not helping Consultants shoot for the stars, Deb moonlights as a music maestro (she sings and plays several instruments, including the accordion), and has even conquered competitive improvisational comedy! In her quieter moments, Deb enjoys hanging out with her husband, kids and two dogs.
