Kathy Finger

Kathy Finger has extensive experience in educational program management, particularly within the South Carolina Educational Television (SCETV) system. Since 2010, Kathy has served as the TeacherLine Southeast Program Manager, developing policies and managing a database for a teacher professional development program. Prior roles at SCETV include Information Resource Coordinator, where Kathy coordinated the SC Partnership for Distance Education, and Education Services Operations Coordinator for the Early Childhood Professional Development Network, overseeing satellite training courses. Earlier experience includes serving as a Program Associate at the United Way Association of South Carolina, managing grant activities and collaborations. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Management from the University of South Carolina.
