Amanda Fox has been an integral part of SCG Together since March 2012, serving in various roles including Assistant Manager, Customer Experience Team Leader, and Partner Experience Account Manager, all focused on enhancing client relations and driving partner success through a commitment to trust and transparency. Prior to this, Fox worked at BSI from March 2004 to January 2011 as a Client Relationship Specialist, where responsibilities included achieving aggressive sales targets, managing client relationships, and optimizing customer care processes to improve service delivery and quotation acceptance.
