Ryan Konst

Ryan Konst, PE, CPSM, is the Executive Vice President at Schaefer, where responsibilities include guiding the firm’s growth through strategic planning, managing the marketing department, and engaging with the community for business development. With a career at Schaefer that began in 2001, Ryan has previously served as Managing Director of the Columbus Office, where Ryan opened the office and oversaw operations, and as Vice President, managing daily operations and leading market strategy. Ryan's technical background includes roles as a Project Engineer and Design Engineer, focusing on reinforced concrete and structural steel. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
