Adrian Watzlawick

Adrian Watzlawick is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR for the Area Southwest at Schaeffler since October 2019, overseeing all HR departments in several locations across Germany. Previously, Adrian held leadership roles at Schaeffler as Vice President HR for both the Engine & Transmission Systems and Transmission Systems divisions. Prior to joining Schaeffler, Adrian spent over a decade at Siemens, where roles included Vice President HR for the Business Unit Customer Services Industry and various global HR business partner positions in mobility divisions. Educationally, Adrian earned a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Management with a focus on finance and marketing from Duale Hochschule Karlsruhe.
