Sangwon Kim

SangWon Kim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance, corporate security, and data protection. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of Compliance & Corporate Security, as well as Data Protection Officer at Schaeffler Korea since November 2016, SangWon has progressed through various leadership roles within the company, including Director and Senior Manager. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Manager in Internal Audit and Legal and Compliance at Hyosung Corporation from February 2010 to October 2016, and Assistant Manager in the Legal and IP Team at Otis Elevator Co. from October 2004 to February 2010. SangWon holds a Bachelor of Laws from Seoul National University and a Master of Laws from Northwestern University.
