Mark Vanderberg

Mark Vanderberg possesses extensive experience in technical and machining roles, currently serving as the Lead Technician and Lead Technical Specialist at Schafer Industries since May 2021. Prior to this, Mark held the position of Machining Productivity Specialist at Tenneco (formerly Federal-Mogul) from November 1991 to February 2021, where accountability encompassed machines’ cycle times, maintenance, and recovery processes, along with directing the machining team in autonomous maintenance practices. Mark began the career as a CNC Machinist at Attco Machine Products Inc from April 1988 to November 1991, responsible for programming, setup, inspection, preventive maintenance, and tool sharpening.
