Ryan Finfrock is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and process improvement across various manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Schafer Industries since February 2017, Ryan leads a team of engineers in ensuring product quality and compliance with production requirements. Prior roles include Prototype and Engineering Manager at Federal-Mogul Holdings Corporation, where Ryan managed global piston manufacturing prototypes, and multiple engineering positions at leading companies such as Bremen Castings, Inc. and Schafer Gear Works, Inc. Ryan holds an MBA from Indiana University South Bend and a BS in Engineering Technology from Purdue University, complemented by a foundational education at local high schools.
