Paul Gibbs

Paul Gibbs is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management and corporate real estate. Currently serving as Senior Asset Manager at Schafer Richardson since November 2022, Paul previously held the position of Vice President of Asset Management at The Excelsior Group, where responsibilities included managing a $200 million real estate portfolio and collaborating with the CEO on strategic objectives. Prior experience includes overseeing corporate real estate functions at TCF Bank and providing advisory services to C-level executives at The Excelsior Group. Earlier roles at Cushman & Wakefield involved executing real estate strategies for an extensive industrial and office portfolio. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul, with international study experiences in Tokyo and Beijing.
