Calm, cool, and collected, Kevin leads Scheffey in working together to achieve great results.

This includes guiding the team of marketing professionals in collaboration and professional growth. With years of business operations’ experience, Kevin intuitively understands many of the business challenges the clients face, and he adds process-oriented thinking to Scheffey’s strategy-driven plans. As President and Owner, Kevin is committed to guiding the Scheffey team through continually living their values of “Serving Clients,” “Valuing Results and Relationships,” “Cultivating Creativity,” and “Leveraging Strengths.”

Kevin is the mastermind behind Scheffey’s monthly “Speedbump,” meeting, which is a chance to slow down and come together as a team to strengthen themselves as a whole. In the community, Kevin serves at his church, the Worship Center, where he has held several integral roles.

Kevin lives in one of the coolest small towns in America, Lititz, with his wife Amy and his two Irish dancer daughters, McKenna and Maya. The Murphy family can be found doing a jig or reel with the Sabo School of Irish Dance, traveling, or enjoying the great outdoors. But it is helping his girls grow up to be awesome young women that gives Kevin the greatest happiness.
