Jim Reece

Jim Reece has extensive work experience in various roles related to operations, purchasing, and project management in the construction and real estate industry. Jim is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Schell Brothers since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Operations at Legacy by Goodall Homes from July 2020 to April 2021. Jim has also held positions such as Corporate Director Purchasing & Product Development at Goodall Homes and Communities from March 2017 to April 2021, and Director of Purchasing - Nashville Division at Meritage Homes from January 2016 to February 2017. Jim has worked with other notable companies including Beazer Homes, David Patton Construction LLC, Solomon Builders, Global Drywall, and Carbine and Associates, LLC, where they served in various management roles focused on estimating, project management, and purchasing. Jim Reece earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 2003 to 2006. In addition to their degree, they obtained the Engineer Intern certification in December 2006. Later, in October 2015, they became a certified Real Estate Agent - Affiliate Broker.
