Joe Krause

Joe Krause has a strong background in software engineering and technology management. Joe has held various roles in different companies, starting in 1999 as a User Interface Designer at Fujo, Inc. Joe then worked as a Software Engineer at PrivacyRight Inc from 2000 to 2001. Joe then moved on to Multivision, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer from 2002 to 2005. Joe continued their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Yesmail from 2005 to 2006 and at Sacramento Press from 2006 to 2008. Joe then became a Senior Software Engineer at MobiTV from 2008 to 2009. Following this, they founded their own company, Macer Media LLC, where they worked as an Owner from 2008 to 2013. Joe then became the Chief Technology Officer at Underground Labs from 2009 to 2016, overseeing technology projects for the startup. Currently, they hold the role of VP, Technology at Sequoia Heritage since 2017.

Joe Krause received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 1995. Joe has also obtained the CFA Investment Foundations certification from the CFA Institute, although the year of acquisition is unknown.
