Frank Nørgaard

Frank Nørgaard is an experienced strategy and M&A professional currently serving as Strategy Director Accelerator at Schibsted since July 2021, where responsibilities include leading strategy and investments for the startup and scale-up portfolio in Schibsted Marketplaces. Previously, Nørgaard held the position of Head of Strategy and M&A in Denmark, focusing on Nordic strategy matters, and played a key role in the acquisition of eBay Classifieds Group by Adevinta/Schibsted. Nørgaard's experience at eBay from December 2017 to June 2021 encompassed DK and global strategy and M&A for eBay Classifieds Group. Additional roles include Head of Business Development at a recently private equity-acquired company, International Project Manager at Salling Group, and managerial positions at Telenor. Nørgaard co-founded and consulted for various technology and startup companies from 2009 to 2012 during academic pursuits. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Management from University College London and a BSc in Business Development Engineering from Aarhus University.
