Andre Gualda

Andre Gualda has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Andre is currently the Head of Finance - Americas at Schindler Group since October 2023 and has been the CFO - Brazil at the same company since December 2017. Andre has also served as a Board Member at Trópico Telecomunicações since September 2022 and as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Instituto de Pesquisas Eldorado since March 2020. Prior to these roles, Andre was the CFO, Latin America at Sony Mobile Communications and the President & CEO at Padtec S/A. Andre also held various positions at Embraer, including Global Controller Director, Finance Director, Shared Service Director, and Corporate Strategy and FP&A Manager. Earlier in their career, Andre worked as the Demand and Financial Planning Manager at Mars Brazil and held multiple roles at Embraer, including Planning Manager and Special Projects Leader.

Andre Gualda holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they obtained between 2001 and 2003. Andre also completed a Post Graduation in Management, General from Russell Sage College in 2001. In 1999, Andre completed an Executive MBA in Controlling from Trevisan Escola de Negócios. Furthermore, they hold a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration and Management, General from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, which they obtained between 1994 and 1998. In addition to their formal education, Andre has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Conselheiro Fiscal from IBGC - Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa, FNQ Auditor from Fundação Nacional da Qualidade, and Green Belt from Setec Consulting Group. Andre's commitment to continuous learning is further demonstrated by their enrollment in a program titled "How to Build a Startup" offered by Udacity in 2016.
