Andreas Heid

Andreas Heid has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Andreas started their career at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG, where they worked as a Project Manager Infrastructure and Inhouse BI Consultant, responsible for developing a global data warehouse infrastructure and integrating local applications. Andreas later became the Inhouse Consultant for Digital Workplace, overseeing the standardization of the enterprise-wide desktop environment.

Andreas then moved on to Döhler, where they served as the BI Manager, before joining CBS Consulting as a Senior BI Project Manager/Architect. At HeidelbergCement, Andreas held the positions of Head of Business Intelligence, where they defined and implemented a corporate BI strategy, and Head of New Technologies & Services, where they built a team to accelerate the introduction of new digital products.

Currently, Andreas is with the Schindler Group, where they have held various leadership roles. Andreas first served as the Head of IoT Edge Technology, overseeing teams responsible for hardware and software development, device management, and TeleAlarm solution development. Andreas then became the Head of IoT Device Management & Connectivity, where they established a new international team responsible for managing IoT devices and connectivity solutions. Most recently, they assumed the role of Head of Global Digital Operations and Solutions, taking overall responsibility for the division's operations and development of new digital solutions.

Throughout their career, Andreas has shown a strong focus on digital transformation, innovation, and team building, successfully establishing new teams and driving the implementation of digital strategies.

Andreas Heid attended FH für Technik & Gestaltung, Mannheim from 1994 to 1999. Andreas obtained a degree in Diplom-Ingenieur (Dipl.Ing.) with a specialization in Nachrichtentechnik techn. Informatik.
