Doug Peddle has extensive work experience in the field of Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Organizational Development. Doug started their career at Schindler Elevator Corporation (U.S.) in 1999 as a Sales Representative and gradually progressed through various roles including District Service Manager and Manager-Organizational Development. In 2017, they became the Director of Organizational Development, overseeing OD, L&D, Talent Management, and University Relations. In 2020, they joined Schindler Group as the Head of Learning & Development, where they led global L&D initiatives and designed non-technical learning programs for a workforce of 69K. Doug has been instrumental in developing L&D strategies aligned with business objectives and fostering career development. Overall, Doug Peddle has a strong background in driving organizational growth and talent development.

Doug Peddle has an MBA in Operations, Management, and Strategy from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
