Paolo Compagna

Paolo Compagna has been with Schindler Group since January 2015, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Board Member. Prior to this, Paolo was with Schindler Deutschland from April 2010 to December 2014, holding positions such as Vorsitzender der Geschäftsführung and Leiter Field Operations. Before their time at Schindler, Paolo worked at Cofely Deutschland GmbH from September 2002 to March 2010 as the Regionalleiter Nord and a member of the Geschäftsleitung. Paolo obtained their Diplom Wirtschaftsingenieur from Berlin University of Applied Sciences Berlin in 1996 and their Diplom-Ingenieur in Elektrotechnik und Elektronik from Cologne University of Applied Sciences in 1992.
