Felicia Hengle

Felicia Hengle is currently the Region President of Ohio Operations for the Schmidt Family of Companies. Felicia has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in relocation, new home sales, first time buyers, and short sales. Felicia has been consistently in the top 10% of production for Coldwell Banker Hunter Realty and Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realty. In addition to their production achievements, Felicia has also been an office leader since 2001 and has mentored new agents starting out in business. Felicia is a certified residential specialist and an accredited buyer representative.

Felicia Hengle attended Hondros College in Independence, Ohio where they studied real estate sales. After graduation, they became a real estate salesperson.
