Todd Vezza

Todd Vezza serves as the President of Commercial Real Estate at Coldwell Banker Commercial Schmidt Family of Companies, overseeing brokerage and property management operations across Michigan, northeast Ohio, and both coasts of Florida. In addition to this role, Todd functions as a licensed real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Commercial. With previous leadership experience at TradeLane Properties as Principal and President, and at DCT Industrial and Zilber Property Group as Senior Vice President and Director respectively, Todd has extensive expertise in capital deployment, asset management, and market leadership. Early career roles at CenterPoint Properties and Coopers & Lybrand focused on investment and financial analysis in real estate, contributing to significant returns and strategic planning. Todd holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Accounting from Penn State University.
