Dragana Radić

Dragana Radić has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and IT project management. Dragana began their career as a Software Engineer at Naval Technical and Repair Center "Sava Kovacevic" in 1999, where they worked in the Department for Research and Development until 2004. Dragana then joined Naval Technical and Repair Center "Sava Kovacevic" as a Software Engineer in the Department of IT from 2004 to 2007.

In 2008, Dragana worked as an Expert at Smart d.o.o, where they specialized in migrating MS Dynamics CRM systems and configuring and customizing MS Dynamics CRM 4.0. In 2010, they briefly worked as an Instructor at Smart d.o.o.

From 2011 to 2015, Dragana worked at Koteks Serbia, a member of Viscofan group, where they held multiple roles including Project Manager, Developer, and Business Analyst. During their time at Koteks Serbia, they were responsible for implementing new IT systems for supporting production processes, implementing a warehouse management system, and managing the exchange and transfer of data between various systems.

From 2016 to 2019, Dragana worked as a BTO/EDI/SAP expert at Delphi Serbia, where they specialized in these areas. Currently, they are employed as a Senior Software Engineer at Schneider Electric DMS NS, a position they have held since 2019.

Dragana Radić attended the University of Novi Sad from 1993 to 1999, where they studied computer engineering and management systems in the Faculty of Technical Sciences. Dragana did not obtain a degree during this time. In terms of additional certifications, Dragana Radić obtained numerous certifications from Microsoft, including MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional in 2008 and again in 2015. Dragana also obtained certifications for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 in various areas such as installation and deployment, applications, customization and configuration. Additionally, they obtained certifications as an MCITP (Microsoft Certified IT Professional) in Business Intelligence Developer 2008 and as an MCITP in Database Administrator 2008 and Database Developer 2008. Dragana also received a certification as an MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist) in SQL Server 2008, Database Development. However, the institution from which they obtained some of these certifications is unknown.
