Giulia Chierchia

Giulia Chierchia is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategy, sustainability, and management consulting. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President for Strategy, Sustainability, and Ventures at bp since April 2020, Giulia also holds the position of Non Executive Director at Schneider Electric since May 2023. Prior to these roles, Giulia spent nearly seven years at McKinsey & Company, progressing through various positions including Senior Partner and Associate Principal. Early career experience includes roles at Value Partners Management Consulting and UniCredit. Educational qualifications include an MBA from INSEAD and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Università Bocconi.
