Manikandan Py

Manikandan PY serves as the Head of Procurement Digital Transformation in the Global Supply Chain at Schneider Electric since August 2013, leading digital strategies and programs across various procurement processes. Previously, Manikandan held positions including Director and General Manager within the same company, where responsibilities encompassed procurement effectiveness, excellence, and digitization, as well as project and change management. Prior experience at TVS MOTOR COMPANY included a managerial role focused on strategic sourcing, cost management, and supply chain strategy from July 2003 to July 2013. Manikandan's educational background includes an Executive Leadership program at INSEAD, an MS in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Warwick, and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Thiagarajar College of Engineering.
