Paola Humphrey

Paola "P" Humphrey currently serves as the Head of Sales for the East and Puerto Rico regions within the Prosumer division of Schneider Electric, a position held since November 2023. In addition to this role, Paola is a board member of both the SunRaising Foundation and the Florida Solar Energy Industries Association (FLASEIA). Prior experience includes a five-year tenure at Mosaic, where Paola advanced through multiple sales leadership roles, and the founding of Movement Solar. Additional positions at Tesla, Wells Fargo, and other companies highlight extensive experience in sales and business development. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from the University of Central Florida and an ongoing MBA program at Nova Southeastern University, expected to be completed in 2026.
