Steven Burgess

Steven Burgess has extensive experience in leadership and operational management within the retail and logistics sectors. Currently serving as a Driver Team Leader at Schneider since May 2022, Steven leads one of the safest fleets in the country, focusing on providing exceptional service to clients. Prior to this role, Steven was a Front End Supervisor at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where responsibilities included enhancing the checkout experience and customer interactions, and also served as a Back End Supervisor. Additionally, Steven held the position of Operations Manager II at XPO, focusing on improving the transportation and installation efficiency of appliance deliveries, and had a long tenure at Lowe's Companies, Inc. managing various roles that emphasized operational flow, safety, and loss prevention. Steven earned an Advanced Studies Diploma from Albemarle High School in 2009.
