Rebecca Russell Pe

Rebecca Russell, PE, is an experienced Project Manager and Project Hydrologist at Schoel since November 2021. Previously, Rebecca served as a Research Assistant at The University of Alabama in Huntsville, contributing to the SPARROW Total Nitrogen Model project for USGS and conducting research on the National Water Model. Rebecca's earlier roles include Project Engineer and Design Engineer at LBYD Engineers, where responsibilities encompassed developing construction plans and ensuring compliance with regulations. Rebecca also gained experience as Project Manager at the GIS Research Group at the University of Alabama and as a Research Assistant in various capacities, including an internship at NASA Marshall Space Flight Center. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Earth System Science and dual Bachelor's degrees in Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering.
