Dawn Houghton has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Dawn began their career in 1998 as a Call Centre Manager at Sensormatic. Dawn then worked as a Customer Service Manager at PHS Group from November 2002 to November 2005. In 2006, they joined Unilever as a Customer Service Manager and held the position until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as the Head of Client Services at mda (a Bunzl plc company). In 2017, they joined Ellis Whittam as the Head of Client Services, where they worked until July 2019. Currently, Dawn is at Schoeller Allibert, where they initially served as the Head of Customer Service from December 2019 to November 2021 and is now serving as the Head of Customer Service and Inside Sales.
Dawn Houghton obtained a BA (Hons) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Bradford between 1993 and 1996. Dawn also pursued studies in Customer Experience and Insight at the Cranfield School of Management, although the specific dates and degree obtained are unavailable.
