Max Hepe

Max Hepe has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leading HR departments and providing support and advice on HR matters. Max is currently working at Schoeller Allibert as the HR Director for Germany, Austria, and CEE, as well as the HR Business Partner for Operations. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Human Resources at WISAG Ground Service Holding GmbH & Co.KG + WISAG Passage Service Holding GmbH & Co.KG. Max also worked as the Head of Human Resources at WISAG Ground Service Holding GmbH & Co.KG and as the Human Resources Manager and Agent at Aviation Ground Service Berlin and GlobeGround Berlin, respectively.

Max Hepe's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Betriebswirtschaft & Wirtschaftspsychologie from Euro-FH Europäische Fernhochschule Hamburg, obtained from 2022 to 2025.
