Mark Schoenfelder

Mark Schoenfelder is the president of Schoenfelder Renovations, Inc., which Mark started in 1991. The company specializes in nationwide renovation projects for clients in the hotel, multi-housing, and commercial real estate industries. Mark's leadership ensures tight schedules, competitive pricing, and a focus on maximizing ROI for owners. Additionally, Mark has extensive experience coaching soccer teams, and has served on the board of the Community Associations Institute. Mark holds a JD in Business and Tax from the University of Minnesota Law School.
