Kourtney Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kourtney began their career in 2009 as a Leasing Agent at Red Brick Management, where they successfully leased multiple units and handled all marketing and leasing activities. Kourtney then moved on to work as a Recruiter at Aerotek, taking on additional responsibility as an Account Recruiting Manager. After that, they worked as a Personal Trainer and Endurance Coach at NutriFormance, where they specialized in training and coaching clients.
In 2013, Kourtney started their own business called Kourtney Thomas Fitness, where they provided fitness coaching and personal training services to women. Kourtney also founded Happy's Running Club, a social running/drinking club that welcomed runners of all levels. During this time, they established herself as an online coach and self-discovery facilitator, gaining national recognition through contributions to publications such as Women's Health and Runner's World.
In 2014, Kourtney became an Instructor at Shred415, where they led fitness classes. In 2022, they joined Mighty Networks as a Customer Success Manager and Live Onboarding Squad Leader. In this role, they led a global team, provided product support and strategy to clients, and advocated for feature improvements based on customer feedback.
From 2022 to 2023, Kourtney worked at Simplicity Consulting as a Client Success Manager and Account Manager for key accounts in the tech and healthcare industries. Kourtney successfully managed a portfolio of projects, exceeded revenue goals, and maintained strong relationships with clients.
Currently, Kourtney is a Customer Success Manager at Schola, a position they started in 2023.
Kourtney Thomas completed their high school education at Northland Pines High School from 1998 to 2002, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned. Kourtney then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University, attending from 2002 to 2006.
