Joe Dimento

Joe DiMento serves as the Head of Customer Development at Bain Capital Ventures, where responsibilities focus on scaling the go-to-market efforts of portfolio founders and operators since May 2024. In addition to this role, Joe DiMento advises multiple companies, including GovWell, KarmaSuite, Scholarly Software, Pavilion, and Cinelytic, Inc., contributing strategic insights and expertise. Previously, Joe DiMento was an Operating Partner at Fractal Software and held various leadership positions at Coda, where achievements include managing enterprise sales and customer success. Joe DiMento also volunteered as Vice President of the Innovation & Performance Commission for the City of Los Angeles from 2013 to 2017. Educational credentials include an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Literature from Harvard University.
