Jeffrey Mathews

Jeffrey Mathews, who led corporate strategy, business development, and investor relations at Scholastic from 2008 to 2012 after four years as head of investor relations, rejoined the company in 2022. In this new role for the Company, Jeff identifies and evaluates investment and partnership opportunities to accelerate Scholastic’s growth across its leading businesses. He is the key point of contact with the investment community, working directly with leadership to strengthen the organization’s shareholder engagement and long-term value creation strategy.
