Meghan Roth

Meghan Roth is an experienced professional with a diverse background in health, nutrition, coaching, and education. Currently serving as a Running Coach at Run4PRs Coaching since July 2018, Meghan also works as a Medical Receptionist at LT Proactive Care Clinic and holds the position of CEO at Life Nutrition and Company, which focuses on providing high-quality nutrition bars. Additionally, Meghan is involved in sales roles at Ready Rewards, LLC and Pacific Payment Services, while also operating as Owner and Founder of Life Nutrition LLC. In education, Meghan has been a Substitute Teacher for School District 197 since January 2011, holding a Minnesota Teaching License for grades K-12. Previous experience includes roles as a bartender at various establishments, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
