Director And Founder, Kettle Moraine School For Arts And Performance (km Perform) at School District of Kettle Moraine

Kevin Erickson has extensive experience in the education sector. Kevin began their career as a Teacher at South Beloit School District in 1997 and then moved to Maple Dale - Indian Hill School District in 1999. In 1995, they served as an Artist in Residence at Ambassador University. In 2011, they founded myLC Solution, where they worked as a Technology Developer and Consultant, specializing in competency-based learning. In the same year, they also became the Director and Founder of Kettle Moraine School for Arts and Performance, a high school focused on interdisciplinary, personalized, competency-based learning. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Instructional Design at Epiphany Learning LLC, where they lead a development team in transforming education through their platform.

Kevin Erickson received their Bachelor of Music Education degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1995. Kevin later pursued a Masters in Computing from Marquette University, specializing in the Department of Mathematics, Statistics, and Computer Science from 2000 to 2004.
