Christopher Bell

Christopher Bell is an experienced professional in project management and analytics, currently serving as the Director of Special Projects for The School District of Philadelphia since June 2019. Prior roles within the district included Senior Project Management and Associate in Strategic Analytics. Christopher’s previous experience encompasses a GIS and Planning Internship at Crafton Borough, an internship focused on innovation and entrepreneurship at the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, and research-related work at Opportunity Finance Network, where a significant Access database was created for benchmarking CDFI performance. Additional roles include Reports Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia and Lead Policy Intern for the City of Newark. Christopher holds a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management with a focus on Economic Development from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Villanova University.
