Theodore Wills

Theodore Wills has extensive work experience in the field of research and policy. Theodore started their career at Temple University in 2009 as a Research Coordinator and later became a Research Scientist in 2012. In 2015, they joined The School District of Philadelphia as a Statistician and then progressed to become a Senior Research Associate in 2016. Currently, Theodore holds the position of Director of Research, Policy and Practice at The School District of Philadelphia, starting in September 2021.

Theodore Wills holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Psychology from Tufts University.
