Michelle Schumm

Michelle Schumm has over twenty years of experience in the retail industry. Michelle began their career in 1998 as a Store Manager for Gap Inc./Banana Republic. In 2002, they moved to Jo-Ann Stores, LLC. as a Senior Merchandise Planner. From 2004 to 2006, Michelle held the Senior Planner role at The TJX Companies, Inc., where they secured a 9% gain in store sales and a 6.6% increase in comp store sales. From 2006 to 2008, they were a Merchandise Planner at Talbots and then Vice President Supply Chain at Ripple Junction Design Co., where they created a solid operational foundation to achieve operational efficiencies. From 2018 to 2020, Michelle was the Head of Global Product, Supply Chain, & IT at OneSight, where they managed supply chain operations and fulfillment, and supported an enterprise-wide IT strategy. Currently, Michelle is the Supply Chain Director at School Outfitters.

Michelle Schumm obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Kent State University's Graduate School of Management in 2004, with a concentration in Human Resource Management. Michelle previously earned a Bachelor's Degree from The Ohio State University's College of Human Ecology in 1999, with a focus in Fashion and Interior Merchandising.
