Lindsey Scales

Lindsey Scales, MBA, serves as Human Resources Director at the School Sisters of Notre Dame since April 2012, where responsibilities have included roles as Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Assistant. Prior to this, Lindsey held the position of Human Resources Generalist at Great Lakes Coca-Cola Bottling from November 2020 to June 2021 and worked as Lead Cashier at PetSmart from April 2007 to March 2012. Lindsey has also gained experience as a Sales Associate at TCF Bank between March 2011 and December 2011. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Mount Mary University (2014-2016) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (2006-2010).
