Tim Dove

Tim Dove, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tim started their career in 2004 as a Production Supervisor at MTD Products, where they worked until 2006. Tim then moved on to Whirlpool Corporation as a Production Supervisor for a brief period before joining Abercrombie & Fitch as a Distribution Center Supervisor. In 2008, Tim became a Distribution Center Manager at School Specialty, Inc., where they worked until 2011. Following that, they served as a Purchasing Supervisor at Sarnova from 2011 to 2012. Tim later joined School Specialty in 2013 as a Human Resources Manager, and gradually progressed to the roles of Senior Human Resources Manager and eventually the Director of Human Resources. Tim'swork history demonstrates their ability to adapt to different industries and grow within an organization.

Tim Dove, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Executive Management from Ashland University, completed in 2014. Tim also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from The Ohio State University in 2004. In addition to their degrees, Tim Dove has obtained various certifications, including the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in October 2017, and Job Instruction TTT from the TWI Institute Headquarters in 2018 and Job Relations TTT from the TWI Institute in 2021.
