Xochitl Garcia

Xochitl Garcia is a seasoned educator and consultant with extensive experience in K-12 education and professional development. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at The Learning Agenda and as a Science Professional Development and Leadership Coach at SchoolKit, Xochitl has previously held key roles, including K-12 Education Program Manager at Science Friday, where the focus was on designing educational programming for science, engineering, math, and the arts. Prior to that, Xochitl worked as Manager of Instruction and School Design at Springpoint, supporting innovative, student-centered school models. With a solid foundation in curriculum design and STEM education, Xochitl has also contributed to the Teachers College Inclusive Classrooms Project and taught at various institutions within the NYC Department of Education. Xochitl holds a Master's degree in Leadership and Special Education from The City College of New York and a Bachelor's degree in Politics from Occidental College.
