Naeemah Smith

Naeemah Smith is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in project management, facilitation, and coaching, currently serving as a Project Manager at School&Main Institute since June 2019 and a Group Facilitator at GenUnity since August 2020. Previously, Naeemah held the role of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Facilitator at Collective Next, LLC for a brief period in 2021 and served as Assistant Program Director and Senior Life Coach at Roxbury Youthworks Inc from October 2016 to June 2019. Naeemah's career began as a Life Coach at Roxbury Youthworks from June 2010 to October 2016, contributing to the GIFT program aimed at helping young women gain independence. Additional roles include Residential Counselor at St. Mary's Women & Children's Center and Advising Receptionist at UMass Boston. Naeemah holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from UMass Boston and has additional education from Johnson & Wales University.
